Ingredients
  

  • 12 heart-shaped waffles homemade or frozen
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced into hearts
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Valentine's sprinkles
  • 0.5 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F for keeping items warm.
  2. Bake bacon at 400°F on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes until crispy.
  3. Make heart-shaped waffles according to your recipe or package directions. Keep warm in the oven.
  4. Scramble eggs with butter over low heat until soft and creamy.
  5. Wash and prepare fresh fruit. Slice strawberries into heart shapes if desired.
  6. Place small bowls on your serving board and fill with chocolate chips, sprinkles, chocolate spread, whipped cream, and maple syrup.
  7. Add scrambled eggs to a small skillet on the board. Stack bacon in one corner.
  8. Arrange waffles down the center of the board and fill gaps with fresh berries.
  9. Serve immediately while everything is warm, letting everyone build their own plates.
